Tualatin Valley Gleaners primary purpose shall be to help people help themselves to meet the needs of their households by the following:

To provide food, aid and other assistance to the low-income, disabled, children and elderly in the Tualatin Valley, Oregon area.
By participating in field and urban gleaning.
Soliciting donations of food, non-food, and cash to help meet our goals.
A COMMUNITY PROGRAM:

Tualatin Valley Gleaners is a supplemental food program.

Members glean, (pick) food from fields and orchards and collect food/non-food items donated by stores, markets, and Oregon Food Bank. The food is distributed once a week through the participating efforts of its members. Members also receive a quarterly newsletter that provides information on such areas of : local and federal politics that affect low-income individuals, recipes and community resources.

We are a Federally recognized non-profit 501(c)(3) group. We offer a fully tax deductible receipt for all your contributions.
